SUDAFED Sinus Ease 0.1% Nasal Spray’s active ingredient is xylometazoline hydrochloride. This decongestant gets to work on sinus congestion quickly as it is applied directly to the nose.

Remove the plastic cap of the nozzle. If using for the first time, press down on the plunger while holding the bottom of the bottle with your thumb.
Make sure that a single spray happens, then it is ready to be used. To use, place the nozzle up the nostril and spray and breathe in at the same time through the nose.
Repeat this process for the other nostril.
The recommended dosage for this spray is 1 spray into each nostril 2-3 times a day.
Do not use for more than 7 consecutive days. If problems continue, speak to a doctor or Dock Pharmacy pharmacist.

This medicine is suitable for most people but a few people should not use it. If you are in any doubt, talk to your doctor or pharmacist. Do not use this medicine… n If you have ever had a bad reaction (e.g. rash, swelling of the face and throat, difficulty breathing) to any of the ingredients. n If you are taking, or have taken in the last two weeks, drugs for depression known as Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors (MAOIs). n If you have recently had neurosurgery. n If you have had your pituitary gland removed. n For a child under 12 years old If any of these apply to you, get advice from a doctor or pharmacist without taking Sudafed Sinus-Ease 0.1% Nasal Spray. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist… n If you have high blood pressure or heart disease. n If you have diabetes. n If you have an overactive thyroid gland. n If you suffer from a heart disease (e.g. long QT syndrome) If any of these bullet points apply to you now or in the past, talk to a doctor or pharmacist. If you are pregnant or breast-feeding n If you are pregnant, or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine. Some of the ingredients can cause problems n The medicine contains 1.96 mg benzalkonium chloride in each bottle of 10 ml, and 2.94 mg benzalkonium chloride in each bottle of 15 ml, which is equivalent to 0.196 mg/ml of product. Benzalkonium chloride may cause irritation or swelling inside the nose, especially if used for a long time.

Xylometazoline hydrochloride 0.1% w/v.
Other ingredients are: Benzalkonium chloride, disodium edetate, sodium dihydrogen phosphate, sodium monohydrogen phosphate, sodium chloride, sorbitol solution, purified water
Do not store above 25°C.
Keep the product out of the sight and reach
of children.
Do not use your medicine after the end of the
month shown as an expiry date on the packaging.
