  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 7 days of receipt. 
  • Returned items should be unopened, and unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
  • For any Stockings, Tights, Medical devices, Medicines and Prescription products, we do not accept returns or refunds unless there has been an error with your order by Dock Pharmacy. If you decide that you do not require the products after it has been sent to you, DO NOT accept the delivery. In this case, once the undelivered order has been returned to us by Royal Mail then we will issue a refund.
  • Please note:
    1. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 7 days of delivery unless we have notified you otherwise.
    2. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
    3. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
    4. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

In the event of a refund, please note the refund will be made by the same method used to pay for the order. Credit card companies will only allow refunds to be made to the card used to pay for the original order. Please be aware that it can take as long as seven working days for a refund to be acknowledged by your credit card company.
