Why is Sodium Important?

There are many functions sodium chloride performs in the human body. It helps regulate blood pressure and flow, while also being an important component for nerve cells to function properly with muscle cramps as well if you have low levels due either chronic illness or just from losing excess fluids through sweating out excessive amounts during hot weather conditions because this will lead your kidneys’ efforts at removing toxins by excreting them via sweat which can be concerning when it comes down t o health risks associated therewith.

Symptoms of Low Sodium:

Hyponatremia is a condition where your sodium levels are too low. Symptoms include lethargy, confusion and fatigue; it can result from underlying conditions like kidney failure or other factors such as drinking too much water for an extended period of time which will make you feel thirstier than usual before realizing that there’s something wrong with this habit because we all should know better by now how dangerous over hydration actually is!
