Mute Snore Less Sleep Better Anti-Snoring Aid

BREATHE MORE, SNORE LESS, SLEEP BETTER

Mute Snore Less Sleep Better Anti-Snoring Aid is a comfortable nasal dilator that is designed to increase airflow and improve nasal breathing by gently opening the airways during sleep. When you can breathe through your nose without a struggle, you may notice reduced snoring or even none at all.
For people who snore due to nasal obstruction, Mute may be one of the best snoring remedies as it improves the airflow through the nose to reduce the reliance on mouth breathing.
  • Breathe more, snore less
  • Fits discretely inside the nose
  • Patented dilation system

By breathing more freely through the nose, Mute may reduce the effects of night-time nasal congestion and may reduce snoring.

Mute Snoring comes in three sizes  Large, Medium, and Small to ensure a comfortable fit, but you can customize the device by adjusting the ribbed paddles on either side.

Research shows a humble nose holds the key to a good night’s sleep.

The ability to breathe freely through the nose during sleep, rather than the mouth, is essential to optimizing our sleep, as well as our long-term health.

If congestion, blockages, a deviated septum, or simply narrow airways are affecting your ability to breathe freely, disrupting your sleep or contributing to snoring, then Mute may be right for you.

What is Mute Snore Less Sleep Better for?

  • Snore due to nasal obstruction or congestion
  • Have difficulty breathing through their nose during sleep due to night-time congestion or other nasal obstructions
  • Have narrow nasal airways
  • Wake with a dry or sore throat which indicates mouth breathing.

What is Snoring?

Snoring is very common and is not usually caused by anything serious. There are things that can help if it’s a problem.

Snoring is caused by things such as your tongue, mouth, throat, or airways in your nose vibrating as you breathe.

It happens because these parts of your body relax and narrow when you’re asleep.

You’re more likely to snore if you:

  • are overweight
  • smoke
  • drink too much alcohol
  • sleep on your back

Sometimes it’s caused by a condition like sleep apnoea, which is when your airways become temporarily blocked as you sleep.

Simple lifestyle changes can help stop or reduce snoring or try Mute Anti- Snoring Aid

DO

  • try to lose weight if you’re overweight
  • sleep on your side – try taping or stitching a tennis ball to the back of your sleepwear, or buy a special pillow or bed wedge to help keep you on your side
  • consider asking your partner to use earplugs if your snoring affects their sleep

DON’T

  • do not smoke
  • do not drink too much alcohol
  • do not take sleeping pills – these can sometimes cause snoring
