I will Email the Electronic Prescription (E-prescription) to [email protected] OR post the ORIGINAL Paper Prescription (see prescription section,Private/Vet) to Dock Pharmacy P O BOX 579, Tilbury, RM17 9QS. I agree that failure to send the prescription will be subject to 10% admin fee of order value (£5 minimum) to cancel the order.
