The cushions work by spreading the weight of the body on the whole of the pressure point and replace the natural plantar cushion. They are ideal support under the foot/feet. Epitact plantar cushions are discreet and thin so you are able to wear them in any shoes and provide support and pain relief for the whole duration of use.
