Wash hands thoroughly, rinse out the cavity with warm water then use the applicator to remove a small amount of material from the vial. Form a ball with your fingers and press firmly into cavity. Bite down several times and remove any excess material. Rinse mouth with water. Allow 1 hour to set before eating.
